NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 12 and entered in Case No. 10-CC-033244, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOHN J. LOPRESTI, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 10 day of August, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 47, Block A, PROVIDENCE LAKES UNIT 11 PHASE B, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 30, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
