NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Second Floor, Hillsborough County Courthouse of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, on October 11, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. The following described property:
LOT 15, BLOCK 5, UNIVERSITY SQUARE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH;
a/k/a 10002 Oak Hill Drive, Tampa, Florida 33617.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
