NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-006862 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff, and JUSTIN ROGERS, JENNIFER REVELS, BAY HILLS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, Room 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00AM, on the day of 13 August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, OF BAY HILLS VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 4, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
A/K/A: 10619 Bay Hills Circle, Thonotosassa, FL 33592
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
