NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008CA009177O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE3. is the Plaintiff and RAYMUNDO NASCIMENTO, REBECCA S. NASCIMENTO A/K/A REBECCA NASCIMENTO, JOHN DOE A/K/A ANDREW BARBOSA and JANE DOE A/K/A EVA COLON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 23rd day of August, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 187, WINTER RUN UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
