NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-31329, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION (SASCO) 2007-BC is the Plaintiff and JOHNNIE MCCARTHY JR, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, ROSA MCCARTHY, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A LYAL LESTER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 31st day of August, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 189, WINTER RUN UNIT 4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 29 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
