NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of May 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-014498-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 206-OPT5 is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA M. GARRETT, PHILLIPS COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE and ROBERT A. GARRETT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 9th day of August 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, PHILLIPS COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 148 AND 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
