TUCKER; MARTHA JOANNE PARKER, AN INCAPACITATED ADULT IN THE CARE OF HER ATTORNEY IN FACT, TRUDY LOVEJOY THORNTON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GLADYS Z. SIGHTLER A/K/A GLADYS ZELL SIGHTLER; MYRA SIGHTLER SCHLOTTMAN A/K/A MYRA L. SCHLOTTMAN AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GLADYS Z. SIGHTLER A/K/A GLADYS ZELL SIGHTLER; DOROTHY CARLISLE TUCKER AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GLADYS Z. CONDOMINIUM DWELLING NO. 12-D-10, IN PLANTATION APARTMENTS OF ORLANDO NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 1972 AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2285 PAGE 815 THROUGH 891, AND AMENDMENT THERETO DATED OCTOBER 13, 1972 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2296 PAGES 427 THROUGH 431 AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK NO.1 AT PAGES 119- 126, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ADJACENT PARKING SPACE NO. 10 DESIGNATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED DWELLING.
