Final Judgment was awarded on October 1, 2010 in Civil Case No.:2008-CA-004036-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS. INC., is the Plaintiff, and, LAURA V. PECHE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA V. PECHE; LAKES OF WINDERMERE LAKE REAMS TOWNHOMES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on July 31, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
