Final Judgment was awarded on September 2, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-012403-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL JOHN CHASTAIN A/K/A MICHAEL CHASTAIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL JOHN CHASTAIN A/K/A MICHAEL CHASTAIN; WESTYN BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNS OF WESTYN BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on August 2, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 141, TOWNS OF WESTYN BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE(S) 100, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
