NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 017511 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and MARK D. EVANS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK D. EVANS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION DBA ELAN FINANCIAL SERVICES; REGIONS BANK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO AMSOUTH BANK; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK A, LAKE BELL TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
