NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008441 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and RICHARD EDWARD KILTZ A/K/A RICHARD KILTZ; KYLE M. KILTZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MONTPELIER VILLAGE CLUB, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, MONTPELIER VILLAGE PHASE I, WILLIAMSBURG AT ORANGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
