NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000826 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and ERIC A. COOPERMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC A. COOPERMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, TWIN LAKE FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
