NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010968-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff, and GUILLERMO CARDENAS; INES CARDENAS; WILLOWBROOK AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC , are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 113, MEADOW WOODS VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 99 AND 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
