NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-005935-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC6, is Plaintiff, and JUAN MALDONADO A/K/A JOHN MALDONADO, et al., are Defendnats, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2nd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 154, PHASE 18, VICTORIA PINES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 8387, page 3089, and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said declaration of condominium to be appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
