Final Judgment was awarded on October 5, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-022649-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JUAN Z. LIZARDO A/K/A JUAN LIZARDO; EUNICE LIZARDO; JOHN DOE N/K/A JESUS GARCIA; JANE DOE N/K/A LYDIA BARRERA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on August 14, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT A POINT 286.7 FEET EAST AND 260.0 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN EAST 104.52 FEET NORTHERLY 151.6 FEET, THENCE WEST 104.47 AND SOUTHERLY 151.6 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET FOR ROAD PURPOSES AND RESERVING THE WEST 10 FEET FOR ROAD AND UTILITY PURPOSES. ALL OF SAID LANDS LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
