NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of September, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007509-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 29, PHASE 14, CARRIAGE HOMES AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL IT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 7840, PAGE 910, AS AMENDED BY FIFTEENTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8246, PAGE 1586, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
