NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 10, 2012, in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of this Circuit Court, will sell the following property, situated in Charlotte County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Condominium Unit 512, MONDOVI BAY VILLAS II, Building 5, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2652, Page 220, and all exhibits and documents thereof, and any amendments thereto, all of the public records Charlotte County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
The Clerk of this Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale, pursuant to Administrative Order 3-15.12, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on August 31st, 2012, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
