Final Judgement was awarded on January 8, 2010 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-053969, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY mortgage LOAN TRUSTE 2004-10AR is the Plaintiff, and, wendy m. swanson; unknown spouse of wendy m. swanson if any; suntrust bank; cosmo design, inc. f/k/a penguin pools, inc.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at 9:00 AM online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 9, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 52, lake san carlos, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 34, pages 69 and 70, in THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
