Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 10 day of July, 2012, and entered in case No. 12-CC-000873 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RAVEN COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DAVID J. PARO and LUZ PARO CASTELLANOS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apt. No. 11, RAVEN COVE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 1611, Page 973, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
