NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-052298, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york, as trustee for the certificateholders cwabs, inc., asset-backed certificates, series 2006-18 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JORGE MAYEA; MAVELEIBY PEREZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 10th day of october, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 32, 33, AND 34, BLOCK 2701, UNIT 39, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 142 THROUGH 154, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
