WOHL AND RUTH WOHL, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 10 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3110, BUILDING 1, CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1761, PAGE 581, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
