NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed July 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-053949 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 27 day of August, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 IN BLOCK LETTERED “F” IN THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS “SEMINOLE PARK” ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 54.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
