NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 22, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-51351 (I) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders of cwmbs 2005-r1, Plaintiff, and ERMINIO M. DOMINGO AND __DOMINGO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERMINIO M. DOMINGO N/K/A CHARLENE DOMINGO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 & 12, IN BLOCK 3, OF RIDGEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
