NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 3, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell the following property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:

PARCEL 114 (Parcel ID 35-45-22-00-01002.0020):
Tract or parcel of land lying in Section 35, Township 45 South, Range 22 East, Pine Island, Lee County, Florida, which tract or parcel is described as follows: From the northwest corner of Tract A of St. Jude Harbors, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 16 at Page 141 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, run North 11Ëš43'15” West along the northeasterly line of Pine Island Boulevard (100 feet wide) for 335.03 feet to a concrete post marking the northwesterly corner of land conveyed by deed recorded in Official Record Book 350 at Page 712 of the Public Records, and the point of beginning of the herein described parcel. From said point of beginning, continue North 11Ëš43'15” West along the northeasterly line for 1,000.00 feet; thence North 89Ëš07'00” East, parallel with the north line of said Tract A, St. Jude Harbors, for 440.36 feet, more or less, to the center line of Long John Silver Canal, as shown on the Plat of Unit 2 to St. Jude Harbors as recorded in Plat Book 25 at Page 146 of said Public Records; thence run southeasterly along the center line of said canal as shown on said plat, to an intersection with a line parallel with the north line of said Tract A, passing through the point of beginning; thence run South 89Ëš07'00” West along said parallel line along the northerly boundary of said land conveyed by deed recorded in Official Record Book 350, Page 712 of said Public Records for 440.36 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

A parcel of land in Section 35, Township 45 South, Range 22 East, further described as follows: Begin at a concrete monument at the Northwesterly corner of St. Jude Harbors, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 141, Lee County, Florida, thence North 11 degrees 43' 15” West 335.08 feet along the Easterly right of way line of Pine Island Boulevard (50 feet from centerline), thence North 89 degrees 07' East 397 feet, more or less to the waters of a tidal canal, thence Southeasterly along the waters of said canal a distance of 335.08 feet, more or less, to a point North 89 degrees 07' East of the Point of Beginning. Thence South 89 degrees 07' West 397 feet, more or less to the Point of Beginning.
Lying and being in Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale on August 2, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth in this Judgment, beginning 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with §45.0331, Fla. Statutes. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 4:00 p.m. on the next business day of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 days after the sale, If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
