KENYON A/K/A TINA KENYON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TINA M. KENYON A/K/A TINA KENYON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 31, UNIT 8, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN DEED BOOK 259, AT PAGE 126 AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
