NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on August 10, 2012, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Apartment 7, Building I of SANIBEL ARMS WEST, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 841, Page 619, and as amended in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Also known as: 827 East Gulf Drive, #I-7, Sanibel Island, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
