NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-012213 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, iNC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-13T1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-13T1, is Plaintiff, and mariangeles diaz, et al are Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 45 South, Range 25 East, being 5 acres more or less, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
