Morgan Mortgage Trust 2005-A6, is the Plaintiff and Kevin K. Picha, Nancy L. Picha, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
