NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08009180CI11 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-6CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6CB, Plaintiff, and, DAVID B CURTIS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 24th day of September 2012, the following described property:
LOT 42, RIDGEWOOD GROVES UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53 AT PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
