NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July, 2012, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 2011-CA-007620-XXCICI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
