NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09018738CI 21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and JANICE L. GITTINO; PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT F 1, BUILDING NO. 113 OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I #2, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE VII, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 29 THROUGH 35, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 91 THROUGH 93 INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5802, PAGES 1894 THROUGH 1975, INCLUSIVE; AS AMENDED IN OR BOOK 5805, PAGE 1225; O.R. BOOK 5820, PAGE 1188; OR BOOK 5822, PAGE 1485; O.R. BOOK 5822, PAGE 1705; OR BOOK 5831, PAGE 467; O.R. BOOK 5842, PAGE 1203; O.R 6956, PAGE 2161, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
