VARGAS; MARIA VARGAS; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A HAJAR BOUKARI; TENANT #2 N/K/A SAMMI BOUKARI are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on August 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

BOOK 5206, PAGES 1985 THROUGH 2108, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
