NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11CA03217XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Sheila S. Stein; Winston Gateway Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) and Winston Gateway No. 4 Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 3, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 212, Building No. 4, of Winston Gateway Apartments Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Page(s) 97 & 98, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records of Book 3439, Page 658, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
