NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010272 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Jeannette Y. Gear, Deceased His/Her Respective Unknown Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, And Trustees, And All Other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under Or Against The Named Defendant; And The Aforementioned Named Defendant And Such Of The Aforementioned Unknown Defendant And Such Of The Unknown Named Defendant As May Be Infants, Incompetents Or Otherwise Not Sui Juris and St. James Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 3, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Apartment 505 as shown on the Condominium Plat of St. James, a Condominium Plat of St. James, a Condominium, according to Condo Plat Book 20, Pages 62-64, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed December 27, 1974 in Official Record Book 4245, Pages 1577-1634, amended in Official Record Book 4341, Page 1677 and in Official Record Book 4389, Page 643, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereof and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with any improvements thereon erected.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
