NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated June 21, 2012, and entered in 08007945CI (07) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF STRUC TURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3, is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY HOBGOOD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A MATT HOBGOOD are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 AND 7, BLOCK 5, YOUNG'S SUBDIVISION DELUX, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
