NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012, and entered in 09007065CI (08) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN C. FANCHER; WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 3, BUILDING 14, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF WHISPER WOOD TOWNSHOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED DECEMBER 28, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4962, PAGES 1581 THROUGH 1642, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
