NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Sale dated July 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-7608-CO, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and KOSTADIN KOSTADINOV, MARIYA LECHEVA and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of August, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 2103 of SUNSET GROVE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, page(s) 9, 10 and 11, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4219, page 1465 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
