Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 12, 2012 and Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-1984-CO-40, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MAGNOLIA MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, is Plaintiff and The unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, judgment creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against NORBERT PREVOST, deceased; FERNANDE G. PREVOST; and all other persons claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the complaint are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot #82, of MAGNOLIA MANOR MOBILE HOME PARK, a cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2,” (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 8520 at Pages 595 through 645 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as Lot #82, MAGNOLIA MANOR MOBILE HOME PARK, 4359 72nd Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33709, Parcel ID # 06/31/16/54420/000/0820, together with appurtenant Share Certificate 401 of MAGNOLIA MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, AND OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
