Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 9, Less that part described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 9 for a Point of Beginning; thence run Southerly along the East line of said Lot 9, an arc distance of 33.50 feet and a chord distance of 33.48 feet; thence North 89 degrees 42' 35” West, 116.75 feet for a point of the Westerly line of said Lot 9, which point is an arc distance of 27.40 feet Southerly from the Northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence Northerly an arc distance of 27.40 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence North 87 degrees 17' 39” East along the North line of said Lot 9, 117.97 feet to the Point of Beginning; and all of Lot 8, NINTH ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 56, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on November 14, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
