YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 22, TOWN & COUNTRY ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 1, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Henry W. Hicks, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 601 S. Fremont Ave., Tampa, Florida 33606 on or before August 17, 2012 and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
