UNIT NO. 5255A, BUILDING 25, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14741, PAGE 2148 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 82 THROUGH 148 AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
