NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12 -1069 -CI -7 of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CAMELOT CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., etc., is the Plaintiff, and VERNON D. MORRIS; et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on August 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

ALL In CAMELOT, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5574, at Page 1933, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, until 12:00 Noon on the first Saturday in the year 2021, at which date said estate shall terminate, together with a remainder over in fee simple absolute, as tenants in common with the other owners of all of the unit weeks in the above-described condominium Parcel in the percentage interest determined and established by Exhibit Number 6 to the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
