YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 609, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of STARBOARD TOWER, CLIPPERCOVE CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O. R. Book 4768, Pages 1393 through 1765; inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 6640, Page 562; O.R. Book 7473, Page 1986 , O.R. Book 7786, page 1231; O.R. Book 7951, Page 1726 and O.R. Book 11188, page 597, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Page 1 through 25 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 400 Island Way #609 Clearwater, FL, 33767.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: GARY M. SCHAAF, ESQ. Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: BECKER & POLIAKOFF, P.A. Park Place 311 Park Place Boulevard Suite 250 Clearwater, FL 33759 on or before August 20, 2012, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
