NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 112011CA002401XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, wherein DAVID J. ANDERSON; PAM S. LEE A/K/A PAMELA LEE ANDERSON A/K/A PAMELA L. ANDERSON; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKnOWN TENANT No. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT No. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at Collier County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment to wit:

BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT 55, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 40' 50” EAST, ON THE SOUTH LINE OF TRACT 55, A DISTANCE OF 660.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID TRACT; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 19' 10” EAST, ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID TRACT, A DISTANCE OF 330.00 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID TRACT; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 40'50” WEST, ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT, A DISTANCE OF 220.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 04' 51” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 114.14 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 10 DEGREES 28' 16” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 62.25 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 33 DEGREES 09' 00” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 121.40 FEET; THENCE NORTH 83 DEGREES 49' 28” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 238.39 FEET; THENCE NORTH 60 DEGREES 04' 32” WEST A DISTANCE OF 148.21 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID TRACT 55; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 19' 10” WEST, ON SAID WEST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
