Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, on August 8, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., at the Collier County Courthouse, 1st Floor Atrium, Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described herein:
UNIT NO. A-18 AND A-20, OF SECURITY BARN CONDOMINIUM WAREHOUSES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 922, PAGES 969 THROUGH
1021, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA.

The Property or its address is commonly known as 4260 Progress Avenue, Units A-18 and A-20, Naples, Florida 34104.
