NOTICE IS HEREBY that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 06, 2009, in Civil Case No. 11-2008-CA-006322, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff, and, CARL TUCCI; YVETTE G. TUCCI; JAMES A. YORK; NORMA J. YORK; N/K/A ANTONIO MATOS; N/K/A SANTA FE AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse ANNEX, First Floor Atrium, 3315 East Tamiami Trail Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on August 6, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST ONE-HALF (E 1/2) OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
