notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-002223 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee on Behalf of Morgan Stanley Abs Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6, Plaintiff and Raguel Senat are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on August 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT B-2, ST. LAWRENCE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 577, PAGE 600, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
