NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated June 26, 2008, entered in Case No. 11-2008-0001210001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Scott Rapisarda, et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, the first floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BERKSHIRE LAKES UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS, COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
