FAETT, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
FAMILY UNIT NO B-1, BUILDING B, POINCIANA APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 492, PAGES 289 THROUGH 332, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of August, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
