NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 9, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-002361 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK/REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and LORRAINE MINGOLELLO A/K/A LORRAINE SKIRMONT, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORRAINE MINGOLELLO A/K/A LORRAINE SKIRMONT , et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 8th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 4, MARCO BEACH, UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 9-16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
